Blessed are the Curious

This card features the Theories CMS329 stamp set and all of the new mini stencils from Tim Holtz and Stampers Anonymous.

There really isn’t a technique here, but I stamped the tightrope walker and sentiment, then cut along the tightrope and inserted the stenciled Pennants (punched with the Sizzix Alterations Pennant Punch) under the top part of the card so that it looks like the pennants are hanging off the tight rope. I was hoping it would give it a festive, carnival feel.
