All Bottled Up Tapestry - Tim Holtz Sizzix

I’m so pleased to have been invited back to share a project on Sizzix, The Making Journal using some of the new Chapter 1 Tim Holtz dies. With this project I wanted to highlight the Crochet 2 dies and the Bottled Up die with a textural piece for spring.

The fun thing about this project is that the dies and design are really versatile, changing with the colors chosen and the things you put in the bottles. You could make a bright, summery tapestry, a dark Halloween apothecary tapestry, and a festive, holiday/wintery tapestry. There’s no limit to the uses and themes you can achieve with these two very versatile dies.

I hope you will take a moment to hop over to The Making Journal Blog for my tutorial on this piece.

Thank you!
Tami

Really like these Crochet Dies, looks like real crocheted lace. Amazing how just a bit of shaping makes the bottles appear curved/rounded. Such a pretty project.....
