THIS IS NOT MY DESIGN!
I am taking a monthly layout class at my LSS and this was the layout for March. I did not design it, but I did alter the embellishments to what I wanted.
The paper used for this layout was from Prima. The flowers, birdcage and birds are dies from Tim Holtz Sizzix Alterations line. I decided to use some pictures I had of a trip to Disneyland in 2008 when we decided to get our silhouettes cut. I asked the lady if she could please not cut my double chin and she said that was no problem because there weren't double chins in Disneyland. Another reason to love the place!
It was amazing to watch her just cut it by hand! How did she do that? She said she had been working at the silhouette shop for more than 25 years, so she's obviously had a lot of practice. It took her less than 5 minutes to do it too!
Here are some close-ups of the embellishments. I did the flowers a little differently than the ones in the class. I did the wet crinkle technique and then I added a layer of pink netting and tied pink and black netting on the pearl pins that I added as well. The centers of the flowers were to be the white pearls, but I had black and pink pearls in my stash so I added those instead.
Another fun layout that I didn't have to design! I love just relaxing once a month and still coming away with a finished layout.

these papers couldn't be more perfect for your photos! Gorgeous pages and the tulle and half pearls made it for me.
I had to see the close ups! Beautiful layout! The details are so perfect!
